Kovan is a rewards and loyalty platform where users earn in-app Coins by answering surveys, completing tasks and taking part in daily activities. Coins can be claimed as a reward at the fixed, published rate.
The conversion rate is fixed and published in the app: 100 Coins = 1 TRY. Amounts are displayed in your own currency based on your country, converted at the rate shown in the app.
Coins have no cash value in themselves, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be used for the reward options inside the app. The first withdrawal threshold is kept low; later withdrawals may have a gradually higher threshold. Current thresholds are shown in the app.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review, and approved payments are made on set days of the week (Tuesday and Friday). Entering correct payment details is the user's responsibility; Kovan is not liable for payments that fail to arrive because of incorrect details.
If these rules are broken, the account may be suspended or closed and the related earnings cancelled.
Tasks come from third-party providers. If a task is declared invalid or reversed by the provider, the corresponding Coins may be deducted from your balance. This is shown clearly in your transaction history inside the app.
Task and survey inventory depends on our providers; no specific level of earnings is promised. Kovan reserves the right to change reward rates, thresholds and the scope of the service with prior notice. Kovan is not an employment relationship, a job or an investment vehicle.
You can close your account at any time from the Account & Data Deletion page. Any balance below the withdrawal threshold is forfeited at the moment of closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
