1. Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro features require a paid subscription, billed via Stripe (web) or the app stores (mobile).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to the policy of the platform you purchased through.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use automated tools to generate fake traffic or interactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and software of the Service are owned by FollowPeek and protected by applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics results are estimates based on available data and may not be fully accurate. FollowPeek is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowPeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
